Less than 24 hours after the final gun of the 2025 NFL regular season, the Las Vegas Raiders ended the tenure of Pete Carroll after one season.

With that in mind, the team at preprod.bookies.com, as part of our NFL betting coverage, broke down the odds on who could be the next man up in Sin City, with a host of NFL coordinators initially atop our list to be the next Las Vegas Raiders head coach.

Now, with 8 of the 10 NFL head coach vacancies filled, Mark Davis, Tom Brady and the Silver & Black appear to be down to two options.

Who Is The Next Raiders Head Coach Favorite?

Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak (-250) is now the heavy favorite in this coaching search.

Kubiak is the son of former Houston Texans and Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak. The younger Kubiak, 38, has been an offensive coordinator with three NFL teams: The Minnesota Vikings in 2021, the New Orleans Saints last year and Seattle this season. In 2025, Kubiak has helped guide the Seahawks to an NFC West crown and the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots. Seattle posted the franchise’s most wins in a single season (14) and ranked third leaguewide in points scored per game, at 28.4.

Whoever gets this gig will have the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, unless the team trades the pick. Top US sportsbooks will have odds galore for the draft, set for April 23-25 in Pittsburgh.

Who Else Might Replace Pete Carroll in Las Vegas?

Carolina Panthers DC Ejiro Evero is our other remaining candidate, with ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reporting Evero is "still in the mix" as the Raiders wait on Kubiak and Super Bowl 60.

Fowler reported many candidates "have been eliminated" but Evero has not. Fowler: "He conveyed detailed QB/offensive plan in in-person meeting with Raiders. Raiders regime and Evero have Denver ties."

Can Evero close the deal as the Raiders leadership wait for Kubiak? Only time well tell. In the meantime, keep an eye on our Raiders 2026 NFL Draft Odds.
